About Me

I am a clinical psychologist with private practice in Newton, MA, as well a staff psychologist at Brandeis University counseling center. My training background is integrative and interdisciplinary. I received my doctoral degree in clinical psychology from Boston University. My training experiences include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Internal Family System (IFS) psychodynamic/insight oriented modalities and relational therapy.

My Clinical Experience

 working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings such as:

The Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CARD) - Provided manualized, evidence based CBT treatment for individuals and groups with various anxiety disorders (e.g., panic disorders, specific phobias, social anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, etc.)

Harvard Medical School, McLean Hospital - Worked in a multidisciplinary residential eating disorders program and a partial hospital program, providing short and long term individual and group treatment using CBT, DBT, and relational therapy.

Tufts University, Mental Health and Counseling Services - provided integrative individual therapy and led supportive and skills based group for undergraduate and graduate level students.

Brandeis University, Psychological Counseling center - Conducting assessments and intakes, providing individual short and long term treatment to the general university population, leading various groups, as well as supervising trainees.
